The Role

We're looking for a Head of Talent to join at an early stage and help build the foundation of our creator roster. This is a hands- on role for someone who understands content, reconginzes potential, and knows how to build relationships with creators.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit high-potential creators across platforms
• Build and manage relationships with talent
• Evaluate content quality, audience alignment, and growth potential
• Help shape and maintain a curated roser
• Collaborate on pairing creators with brand opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and creator ecosystems
• Good eye for content, branding, and audience fit
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self- starter mindset - comfortable in an early-stage environment
• Interest in talent management, marketing, or digital media
