Job Summary

Own and lead Everise's global PR strategy, directing integrated earned, owned, and social communications, build a small team, manage agencies, and tie PR to pipeline and commercial outcomes.

  • Own and scale the global PR function and brand stewardship
  • Align earned, owned, and social channels into a cohesive narrative connected to pipeline
  • Manage partners and measure impact on commercial outcomes

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build a single, coherent Everise story and translate it into messaging that holds up across earned, owned, and social channels.
  • Run an integrated communications calendar that connects press activity, LinkedIn thought leadership, executive visibility, content, and campaign moments — so each channel reinforces the others instead of competing with them.
  • Translate complex operational and regulatory subject matter into plain language that a CFO, a Chief Compliance Officer, and a trade journalist can all act on.
  • Own and grow relationships with the reporters, editors, and industry analysts who cover CX, BPO, healthcare operations, insurance, and other highly regulated industries.
  • Secure a steady cadence of earned coverage — feature placements, executive commentary, contributed pieces, data-led stories, awards, and analyst inclusion in relevant reports and rankings.
  • Manage agency and freelance partners against clear deliverables and hold them to measurable outcomes rather than activity reports.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Client Services so PR does measurable work for pipeline: launch narratives, client win stories, category-defining points of view, and proof points sellers can actually use.
  • Connect communications activity to opportunity creation and deal velocity, and report on it with the same rigor the rest of the commercial organization is held to.
  • Support reference programs and client storytelling in step with client relationship owners — with the approvals and confidentiality controls regulated clients require.
  • Act as the senior steward of the Everise brand and reputation across all markets.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in public relations or corporate communications, including senior in-house leadership. A mix of agency and in-house experience is a strong advantage.
  • Substantial B2B experience — you understand long sales cycles, multi-stakeholder buying committees, and how communication earns its place in a complex enterprise deal.
  • A track record of building or significantly scaling a communications function, not only running one that already existed.
  • Demonstrable earned-media results in business, trade, or vertical press, with existing relationships you can put to work.
  • Fluency across channels — earned media, executive social, owned content, and internal comms — and the judgement to know which one a given moment calls for.
  • Experience influencing and preparing C-suite executives, with the credibility to give direct counsel and the steadiness to be trusted under pressure.
  • Comfort with measurement: you can defend your program in commercial terms.
  • Experience in BPO, CX, healthcare, insurance, financial services, or technology services is required.
  • Willingness to travel periodically, domestically and internationally, and to work across time zones with global teams.

Benefits

  • medical, dental, vision, disability, 401(k), and paid time off.
