Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver the annual marketing strategy for SUSHISAMBA's North American locations, aligned with brand and commercial objectives.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing and PR campaigns for Los Angeles and Las Vegas, supporting key business priorities, seasonal moments, menu launches, and brand initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to increase guest traffic, revenue, and market share across lunch, brunch, dinner, late night, private dining, and special events.
  • Monitor market trends, guest insights, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and inform marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with the VP of marketing and operations teams to align marketing priorities with business objectives.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all marketing communications, including website content, social media, e-blasts, press releases, and printed collateral, ensuring all materials reflect the brand’s identity and integrity.
  • Support the development of promotional materials, including digital assets, print collateral, and media kits, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively, making ROI-driven decisions to maximize impact.
  • Oversee and manage PR strategy across North America, managing external agencies to maximize media coverage and brand visibility.
  • Build relationships with media, influencers, tastemakers, hotels, concierge partners, and industry contacts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, public relations, advertising, or brand management within hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Proven success in the hospitality industry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Strong network of media contacts and industry partners.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Experience managing agencies, partners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media strategy, and performance analytics.
  • Detail-oriented, creative thinker with the ability to drive innovative campaigns.
