- Own TikTok Shop and affiliate/creator programs with measurable revenue impact.
- Lead organic social including founder content and rapid content production, tied to launches and calendar milestones.
Job Description
- Paid Media Creative: Lead the creative strategy behind our paid ads on Meta and TikTok. Direct and produce native, scroll stopping ad creative that lifts click through, conversion rate, and ROAS. Manage our paid media agency now, with the goal of bringing more of it in house over time.
- TikTok Shop: Own and scale our TikTok Shop and affiliate engine. Build a profitable affiliate army, stay on top of Seller Center updates, and turn creators into consistent revenue.
- Influencer Marketing: Oversee influencer and affiliate strategy, gifting, and collaborations. Find the creators most likely to actually sell, and build systems to track and scale them.
- Organic Social: Grow TikTok and Instagram through high performing, founder led content. Direct, film, and edit fast turnaround short form video, building both the brand and the founder's personal presence.
- The Marketing Calendar: Build and own the master marketing calendar, and align every channel around launches, promotions, and content deadlines.
- KPIs and Reporting: Set clear leading and lagging KPIs for every revenue driving activity. Report weekly and monthly with real numbers, clear takeaways, and next steps.
- Leading and Managing the Team You will manage people, and you will hold them to a high standard. That means:
- Setting clear KPIs and expectations for every contractor and team member.
- Holding people accountable to deadlines, quality, and results, not just activity.
- Reviewing creative before it goes live and giving direct, daily feedback.
- Hiring, training, and when needed, letting go, to protect an A-player bar.
- Getting your hands dirty wherever the business needs you. A small team means many hats, and no task is beneath you.
