Job Summary

You will own the franchise development funnel and hiring funnel from discovery to close, shape the content and sales enablement, build a go-to-market motion, create local playbooks for salons and franchisees, and deliver regular leadership-facing measurements.

  • Own and optimize franchise lead generation and pipeline quality
  • Define and drive down the cost per qualified applicant while building employer branding and hiring metrics

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Franchise development lead generation, end-to-end: goals, budget, and day-to-day direction of our franchise lead gen agency (Google and Meta), plus organic sources — portals, brokers, referrals, and events. You own pipeline volume and quality, not just clicks.
  • Franchise development content and sales enablement: landing pages, the franchising website, franchisee success stories, unit-economics one-pagers, discovery day materials, and the nurture sequences that move candidates from inquiry to close.
  • The employer go-to-market motion, built from scratch: employer brand, careers pages, stylist recruiting campaigns, and — for the first time — real measurement of the hiring funnel. You'll define what a qualified stylist applicant costs and then drive that number down.
  • Local hiring playbooks that salon managers and franchisees can run themselves: job post templates, Indeed and Meta recruiting ads, referral programs, and school/academy partnerships.
  • Measurement and reporting for both funnels: a monthly readout to the CEO on franchise pipeline and hiring pipeline — what happened, why, and what we're doing about it.

Requirements

  • Active cosmetology or barber license in state of employment
  • Availability to work at least two weekend days per month
  • Reliable transportation

Preferred

  • Recruitment marketing experience is a strong plus, not a requirement.
  • If you've only done the franchise side, you can apply the same playbook to hiring — we'll build it together.
