Job Description
Student One Causal Networks is looking for a Head of Growth, Quantitative Markets.
We built Dojo — the world's first exhaustive indicator enumeration engine for quantitative research. Not a screener. Not a black box signal generator. A complete combinatorial search across the indicator space, running one million statistical tests in under a minute on one-minute canonical bars. No interpolation artifacts. No resampling bias. Full walk-forward validation with PBO, SPA, and regime tagging built in. Everything explainable. Everything auditable.
No platform has done this before. We're not improving on something that exists. We built a new class of tool entirely.
We need someone who already knows what that means.
This is not a marketing role. This is a cofounder-level distribution role. You will own GTM from the ground up across three verticals — brokerage integrations, regulated signal providers, and the quantitative research community.
The right person comes from inside the world we're selling into. A prop desk. A quant fund. A brokerage. Someone who has seen how buying decisions get made in those rooms and knows how to get in front of them.
