Job Description

  • You will own and elevate field marketing across our Americas markets — North America and Latin America — while leading and developing a high-performing regional team.
  • You will be a strategic partner to our regional sales leadership and a cross-functional connector across marketing, partners, and the business.
  • You'll be accountable for building and executing programs that generate pipeline, accelerate revenue, and deepen customer relationships at scale.
  • Establish the field marketing operational foundation — strategic plans, scalable processes, playbooks and reporting — while building team capability and bringing a strategic mindset that shifts the conversation with sales from tactical execution to solving the right business problems.
  • Building strong, trust-based relationships with regional sales and partner leadership teams, positioning marketing as a strategic business partner focused on solving shared business challenges — not just delivering tactics
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a small team of field marketers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement while ensuring alignment to regional and global priorities
  • Setting clear goals and performance expectations for the team, providing ongoing feedback, and supporting career growth and development
  • Developing and leading comprehensive, geo-specific demand generation strategies through ABM, integrated campaigns, multichannel initiatives, and both in-person and virtual events
  • Aligning to the corporate campaign framework while adapting and activating programs locally to meet the unique needs of each market
  • Owning and managing the Americas field marketing budget, ensuring investments are prioritized against pipeline and revenue targets
