Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the digital marketing strategy across ICE Cleaning and ICE Drainage.
• Build a clear lead generation roadmap aligned to commercial growth objectives.
• Strengthen and optimise ICE Cleaning’s existing digital performance across SEO, PPC, website conversion and inbound lead generation.
• Create ICE Drainage’s digital marketing function from scratch, including channel strategy, campaign planning, reporting and performance management.
• Own and manage paid search, SEO, local search, remarketing and other digital acquisition channels.
• Work closely with sales and leadership teams to ensure marketing activity supports revenue growth and lead quality.
• Oversee website performance, user journey, conversion rate optimisation and landing page strategy.
• Develop content and campaign plans that improve visibility, authority and enquiry generation across both brands.
• Establish marketing dashboards, KPIs, attribution models and reporting processes to measure return on investment.
• Manage external agencies, freelancers or in-house team members as required.
