Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the roadmap for all digital channels, lifecycle, demand programs, growth experiments, and website strategy.
  • Prioritize initiatives to maximize acquisition, activation, adoption and expansion across our enterprise, mid-market and SME segments.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, RevOps and Marketing to ensure alignment on outcomes and performance measurement.
  • Support commercial acquisition and growth strategies via ABM/ABN programs, paid media, and CRO.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation: generate hypotheses, run tests, and scale what works.
  • Partner with our Demand Lead to ensure campaigns are executed and optimized efficiently.
  • Work with a range of experts to define activation, engagement and expansion strategies.
  • Ensure messaging, journey design, and in-product communications are integrated and segmented for success.
  • Use data insights to refine campaigns and maximize impact across millions of users.
  • Own the marketing technology strategy and roadmap, including automation, analytics, and integrations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in digital marketing, growth, or SaaS marketing leadership roles.
  • Experience scaling digital acquisition and lifecycle programs at large scale (B2B or PLG).
  • Proven experience with ABM/ABN campaigns, growth experiments, CRO, and lifecycle engagement.
  • Experience managing marketing technology stacks, CMS, automation, analytics, or orchestrating technical teams.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to translate data into actionable growth initiatives.
  • Strong team leadership, mentorship, and ability to coordinate contractors or agencies.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with high-impact responsibility.
