Own and scale the content and growth strategy for a fast-growing collectibles brand across multiple platforms.

Lead content strategy and cross-platform campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Whatnot, and more.
Must-have: 3–5+ years in content creation/marketing with proven growth results.
Standout: Direct ownership to drive audience growth, engagement, and revenue.

Lead and execute the company’s overall content strategy
Develop creative campaigns that increase audience growth and engagement
Identify trends, opportunities, and viral moments within the collectibles space
Build content systems that consistently drive views, followers, and sales
Help position the company as a leader within the hobby
Brainstorm and execute innovative content ideas across- Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Whatnot, Facebook, Email marketing, Website content
Comfortable on camera, direct shoots, live content, interviews, product reveals, behind-the-scenes content, and storytelling pieces.
Collaborate with video editors, designers, streamers, breakers, and internal staff.
Track performance metrics across platforms
Analyze what content is working and optimize accordingly

3–5+ years of proven success in content creation, media, marketing, or audience growth
Strong understanding of social media algorithms and digital growth strategies
Experience leading creative projects from concept to execution
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and internet culture

Background in sports cards, collectibles, trading cards, or hobby-related industries
Experience with live selling or livestream platforms
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, or video editing workflows
Experience scaling social media accounts or building communities
On-camera confidence or experience is a plus
