Responsibilities

• Focus more of your energy on doing great hair and building relationships with your clients while our team helps support the rest
• Help you grow your total service sales and client volume
• The goal isn't simply to give you a commission percentage — it's to help you build a busier book, increase your average ticket, retain more clients, prebook more appointments, sell more retail, and move into higher commission levels
• We actively work to generate new clients through our marketing, online presence, existing guest base, referrals, and cross-referrals between our Salon, Spa, and Medspa
• You do not need to bring a full book of business to be successful
• We welcome experienced stylists with an established clientele, but you do not need to have a full book to be successful
• Marketing and social-media support to help grow your clientele
• New-client opportunities and salon-generated leads
• Front-desk support for scheduling and guest experience
• Ongoing education, coaching, and professional development

Requirements

• Licensed or soon-to-be licensed in Colorado
• Friendly, professional, and dependable
• Passionate about the beauty industry
• Coachable and interested in continuing education
• Comfortable working as part of a team
• Focused on providing an exceptional guest experience
• Motivated to build and retain a clientele
• Willing to recommend products and educate guests on home care
• Interested in growing professionally and financially
• Experienced stylists are strongly encouraged to apply, but we're also open to exceptional new graduates and stylists who are still finishing cosmetology school.
