Pay: $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience

Position Overview
We are seeking an organized, outgoing, and proactive Gym & Community Engagement Coordinator to help strengthen our community presence, build local partnerships, coordinate events, and support day-to-day administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, planning, and creating meaningful connections while helping a growing business thrive.
Responsibilities
Community Outreach & Partnerships
  • Research and identify local events, markets, expos, and networking opportunities.
  • Build relationships with local businesses, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
  • Develop partnership opportunities and collaborative events.
  • Identify and coordinate guest speakers, workshops, and educational seminars.
Event Coordination
  • Plan and organize gym events, member appreciation events, workshops, and community gatherings.
  • Coordinate event logistics and communication with partners and vendors.
  • Assist with event promotion and follow-up.
Client Communication
  • Respond to prospective client inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Help create a welcoming and positive first impression for potential members.
Administrative Support
  • Organize and maintain internal systems and documents.
  • Update member milestones, slideshows, and internal communications.
  • Manage supply and restock lists.
  • Schedule newsletters and email communications.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.
Social Media Support
  • Collect and organize photos, videos, testimonials, and content from events and gym activities for use by the marketing team.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Comfortable building relationships and networking within the community.
  • Experience in customer service, event planning, administrative support, or community engagement preferred.
  • Proficiency with email, Google Workspace, and basic office software.
  • Passion for health, wellness, fitness, and community-building is a plus.
