Responsibilities

• Sales. Own the full cycle, from first outreach to close to renewal. Bring on new brands, run the pitch, negotiate, and get them live, and make sure the demand we already have gets served instead of dropped. You are the number.
• Growth. Unlock new demand and build the systems that fill the top of the funnel: outbound, partnerships, referrals, and repeatable plays. Find what works, then turn it into a machine.
• Campaigns. Design media plans with our data, get them booked with the right shows, and make sure they perform. Report results back to brands clearly enough that they buy again.
• Ops. Keep the whole thing organized as it scales. Stand up the CRM, tighten the handoffs, and build the process that lets the next hire ramp fast.
• Hiring and scale. Help us find and bring on the right people as we grow, shape the team you'll eventually lead, and get us to market and to scale faster than we could without you.
• Market education. Be a credible voice for host-read ads and data-driven buying, on calls, over email, and in front of rooms.

Requirements

• 3 to 6+ years in sales, growth, media, or startup GTM, with a track record of hitting a number or building something from zero.
• A true self-starter who can wrangle chaos and thrives with little supervision and a lot of ambiguity.
• Excellent communication, on calls, in writing, and in a pitch.
• The range to close a deal in the morning and fix a broken process in the afternoon, without needing a defined brief.
• Comfort with data, CRMs, and modern tools, plus the instinct to use AI to move at 10x speed.
• Enough organization to run many brands, shows, and campaigns at once without dropping details.
• Bonus: the judgment to hire and level up the people around you.

Preferred

• Experience in any digital advertising.
• Familiarity with host-read campaigns, pixel tracking, or audience-first media buying.
• Startup experience, especially as an early commercial hire.
