Job Summary

Own the AWS ISV co-sell program by aligning multi-team resources, driving a scalable joint GTM model, and turning high-profile opportunities into revenue with partner and customer success at the center.

Growth Infrastructure: Orchestrate AWS and partner assets, co-selling workflows, and shared investments to create a repeatable GTM engine.
Demand & Pipeline: Be the go-to for sourcing and closing top joint deals, run regular pipeline reviews, and surface best practices across account teams.
Sales Enablement & Execution: Maintain joint business plans, coordinate lead gen, training, and join sales activity to maximize mutual ROI.

Job Description

Orchestrate resources within the AWS organization to support ISV partner GTM and co-sell, creating a scalable joint GTM model that drives partner and customer success
Be the “Go To” resource for sourcing, developing and closing key high-profile joint sales opportunities
Maintain joint AWS/partner business plans with regular business reviews to track commitments and guide corrective actions
Drive program execution across AWS investments, lead generation, training and readiness, and join sales activities between ISV partners and AWS field teams
Lead regular pipeline reviews to ensure thorough, accurate data and identify best practices and lessons learned
Broker internal resources and investments needed to meet goals

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Direct field and sales management experience with enterprise accounts and ISV partners
Experience engaging with C-level decision makers in enterprise customers
Experience building new business plans with multiple stakeholders (direct and channel marketing, product management, account management)

Experience managing joint GTM success with technology partners, including development and tracking of joint sell-with activities
Proven track record in both direct and overlay sales roles
Ability to bridge between partner and company field sales to enable joint sales motions
Experience developing and promoting technology partner value propositions into enterprise direct sales
Experience implementing joint GTM programs for ISV partners (startup ISVs preferred) with joint enablement and demand generation
