Job Summary

Build and scale AI-driven demand-gen infrastructure to source, qualify, and convert leads for the life sciences market.

  • Own end-to-end lead gen infrastructure, including workflows, tooling, and automation.
  • Must-have: Hands-on experience with Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, and building workflows.
  • Standout: AI experimentation mindset and ability to advise on trade-offs for the commercial org.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design and build our agentic lead gen infrastructure from the ground up. This includes workflows, tooling, and automation logic.
  • Source, enrich, and qualify leads at scale using AI tools, with a focus on warm, network-informed outreach.
  • Work directly with AEs to understand what a "good lead" looks like, then systematize it.
  • Build and iterate on multi-signal targeting models that identify the right buyers at the right time. Structure multi-channel campaigns around these targets and experiment relentlessly to optimize ORs, CTRs, and CPL.
  • Own the feedback loop between lead quality and conversion. If the leads aren't moving down the funnel, you'll investigate why and fix it.
  • Partner with RevOps to ensure clean data handoffs and CRM hygiene (HubSpot).
  • Run structured test-and-learn experiments to continuously improve conversion rates and pipeline contribution.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years in a demand gen, growth, or marketing operations role with a strong technical edge
  • Hands-on experience with Clay, Apollo, Hubspot, etc.. You know how to build workflows, not just describe them.
  • Obsession with AI tools. You follow the space, you experiment, you have opinions and can advise our commercial org on trade-offs and best practices.
  • Proven ability to build systems, not just run campaigns.
  • Data-driven learning. You know how to measure your outcomes and make informed adjustments using data.
  • Strong judgment about what makes a lead worth pursuing. You think like a seller, not just a marketer.
  • Experience selling into or marketing to life sciences, pharma, or biotech audiences

Preferred

  • Prior experience building lead-gen infrastructure from scratch; ability to ramp quickly across different tools and systems.

Benefits

  • The opportunity to work at a modern, cutting-edge healthcare technology company devoted to meaningful positive impact on human life. Collaboration, velocity, and customer obsession are our baseline; demonstrations of craftsmanship and ROI are celebrated.
  • Competitive compensation ($130,000 - $175,000) plus equity.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Take care of you and yours: generous PTO, parental leave, OneMedical, TalkSpace, Teladoc.
  • Career development opportunities within a company entering a growth phase.
  • Hybrid in San Francisco with in-office days Tues/Wed/Thurs and flexibility to work remote Mon/Fri.
