This role will help create structure, improve follow-through, and support execution across high-priority initiatives, including service line expansion, new operating models, partnerships/JVs, project management, financial analysis, workflow implementation, and cross-functional execution  This role will partner with executive leaders, physician leaders, operations, finance, legal, compliance, clinical leadership, and external advisors to help move important work from planning to execution. This individual should be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment Key Accountabilities: This role is accountable for supporting the successful execution of strategic priorities, with a particular focus on advancing the ASC operating model for self-managed ASCs. Key measures of success include timely progress against project milestones, strong cross-functional coordination, clear ownership of action items, proactive identification of risks and barriers, and development of repeatable tools and processes that improve execution discipline. Essential Duties: Build the capabilities, processes, and infrastructure needed to support new growth areas and long-term operating model requirements Partner with leadership to translate strategic priorities into clear execution plans, including defined workstreams, owners, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Track progress against key initiatives, proactively identifying barriers, dependencies, decision points, resource needs, and escalation items. Develop action plans following leadership decisions to ensure clear ownership, accountability, timelines, and next steps. Help design and implement repeatable operating rhythms, meeting structures, reporting processes, and project management tools to support strategic initiatives. Prepare executive-ready materials that synthesize project status, key issues, options, recommendations, and required decisions. Identify process gaps, workflow inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve communication, accountability, and execution discipline. Support the development of tools, templates, and standard processes that build internal capability and reduce reliance on external consultants Other Duties as assigned  Minimum Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree of 15 years of relevant experience Experience Level: Minimum of 15 years of experience in  healthcare operations, business operations, executive support, or a related role. Knowledge: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; experience with project management tools preferred. Skills:  Experience working with senior leaders, physicians, or cross-functional teams in a healthcare environment preferred. Strong project management skills, including the ability to organize workstreams, manage timelines, track deliverables, and drive accountability. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear, concise, executive-ready materials. Strong judgment, discretion, professionalism, and ability to manage confidential information appropriately. Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
