Responsibilities

• Build and execute customer acquisition and retention strategies
• Grow Shopify DTC across paid, organic, creator, affiliate, and lifecycle channels
• Develop and scale creator, affiliate, and community programs
• Own campaign testing, analytics, attribution, and performance reporting
• Identify growth opportunities through customer, channel, and conversion data
• Partner with brand and product teams on launches and go-to-market strategy
• Support strategic partnerships and new channel expansion
• Turn successful experiments into repeatable growth systems

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing, or consumer marketing
• Experience with DTC or e-commerce brands
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and lifecycle marketing
• Experience with Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, CRM/email platforms, and performance reporting tools
• Comfortable managing multiple growth channels and budgets
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into clear actions
• Creator marketing, affiliate, or partnerships experience is a plus
• Beauty, skincare, wellness, CPG, or consumer-brand experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with meaningful ownership
