Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end GTM strategy and execution for new products, with targets, milestones, and metrics.
• Guide and align cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Design, Sales, external agencies) with scalable launch frameworks.
• Translate product capabilities into compelling value propositions and maintain market relevance.

Requirements

• 10+ years in performance marketing, growth strategy, and scaling D2C or consumer tech brands.
• Demonstrated success driving multichannel product launches with agencies and in-house teams.
• Strategic, data-driven decision-making with tactical execution in fast-paced environments.
• Deep fluency in family- and kid-focused marketing strategies.
• Strong technical and analytical proficiency to define KPIs with Data leadership.
• Exceptional stakeholder management; experience leading investor discussions and aligning senior partners.
• Track record scaling consumer tech or D2C from inception to ARR over $100M.
• Excellent communicator with executive presence to shape growth strategy.
• Able to set strategic direction and hands-on execution when needed.
• Leader who inspires teams and fosters high performance.

Preferred

• Experience in family tech is a plus.
