Responsibilities

• Own and scale paid acquisition across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other social channels.
• Design, launch, and measure experiments across ads, landing pages, messaging, and audiences.
• Build growth processes and infrastructure, developing a repeatable approach from the ground up.
• Drive organic growth through SEO, AEO, email, and lifecycle marketing.
• Partner with Sales and Engineering to align campaigns with product launches and pipeline goals.
• Manage budgets and optimize customer acquisition cost and payback metrics.
• Use AI tools to accelerate content creation and campaign execution, and collaborate with a content creator on marketing assets.

Requirements

• Four to six years of experience in growth, performance, or demand-generation marketing.
• Experience scaling paid acquisition at an early-stage, high-growth startup, with measurable results across channels such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, or TikTok.
• Strong copywriting and messaging judgment, plus experience running end-to-end experiments.
• Working knowledge of SEO, AEO, analytics, and tools such as Claude and ChatGPT.
• Experience marketing to consumer brands or in AI, marketing software, creative technology, or media is a plus.
• Comfort with hands-on work in a fast-moving environment.
