Job Description
Responsibilities
- Full-Funnel Nurture: Own the lead journey from first touch to sales handoff across auto dealers, local SMBs, and enterprise multi-location businesses, turning content into lead magnets and driving pre/post-event nurture.
- Growth Mechanics: Build non-standard growth loops, behavioral triggers, and experiments that actually generate leads, with storytelling and psychology shaping outcomes.
- Campaign Execution: Plan and launch sharp email sequences and funnel plays with solid hypotheses and disciplined spend when needed.
- Funnel Management and Reporting: Track CPL and pipeline growth, turning data into tests and optimizations for qualified leads beyond monthly recaps.
- AI-Powered Operations: Build systems using Claude Cowork, Apify, Jasper, Loveable, and automation platforms to drive real lead outcomes and show what worked and why.
