Job Description

Own the end-to-end paid acquisition engine across Meta and Google, with direct execution and daily data-driven optimization.

Paid Acquisition Ownership: strategy, execution, and measurement across core channels, with hands-on ad account work.
Systems and Scale: build attribution, CAC/LTV reporting, dashboards, naming conventions, and a repeatable creative pipeline.
Cross-functional Alignment: partner with clinical and product teams to ensure claims and stories match the medicine.
