Job Summary

Own end-to-end paid acquisition across Meta/Google and beyond with a 90-day takeover, driven by data, AI-assisted briefs, and rapid testing to move budget and lift conversions.

Growth Infrastructure: Build and scale naming conventions, creative pipeline, and dashboards to make spend repeatable.
Acquisition Campaigns: Write briefs, ship campaigns, and test with AI to move faster while ensuring claims are backed by product alignment.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Align with clinical and product to match the medicine story and ensure compliant messaging.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Own paid acquisition end-to-end across Meta, Google, and other channels that actually convert for us.
Write briefs, read data, and ship campaigns—using AI across your workflow to move faster and test more.
Build the operational backbone (naming conventions, creative pipeline, reporting dashboards) so the function survives and scales past you.
Take ownership of our paid acquisition across the first 90 days; become the one running it.
Partner with clinical and product teams to ensure the acquisition story matches the medicine and that claims are backed.

Requirements

You\'ve personally run paid acquisition at meaningful spend and can show the numbers
You\'re fluent with AI tools in your daily workflow — creative iteration, copy testing, analysis, automation
You\'re comfortable being the only person in the function
You can write. Acquisition copy that respects a smart, skeptical reader is core to how we grow.
You think in systems. You build the thing once, then build the thing that makes the thing repeatable.
