Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and execute growth experiments across the funnel — acquisition to retention
• Design and run A/B and multivariate tests with rigorous statistical methodology
• Analyze user behavior, funnel data, and cohort metrics to surface growth opportunities
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to implement growth initiatives
• Build growth reporting frameworks and maintain a clear view of funnel performance
• Develop and scale growth channels — SEO, referral, lifecycle email, product-led growth
