Job Description

Responsibilities

A channel, end to end. Email, WhatsApp and SMS run today. You take one over, or stand up the next one, and its results are yours to defend.
New offers. We add financial products regularly. You carry one from first audience list to first booked meeting.
Own the number. You read your own results, kill what's flat, and scale what books meetings.
Your own campaigns. Audiences, copy, tests, every day.
The automation that keeps it standing. Claude Code, Clay, n8n, SQL. At roughly a million emails a day, anything you can't systematize will bury you.
By day 90: campaigns running under your name, one new offer or channel producing meetings, and one piece of the machine that no longer needs you.

You've led marketing or sales work where the result was measured and was yours
You make calls without waiting for permission, and you own what happens next
You're comfortable in a competitive team where everyone's numbers are visible
You can get real work out of Claude Code, or you'll learn fast
You want upside in the outcome
