Job Summary

Own CRM hygiene and TAM insights to backstop physician development, provider recruitment, and business development, pairing Salesforce data wrangling with market sizing and CRM maintenance.

CRM Data Integrity: Clean, review, and analyze Salesforce data to drive TAM analysis for current and new markets.
Operations Support: Maintain CRM data workflows for Physician Development and New Provider Recruitment teams.
Data Tools: Use Google Suite for efficient data research and cross-team communication.

Job Description

Responsibilities\n

Support growth across Physician Development, New Provider Recruitment, and Business Development teams while assisting with marketing and sales operations focusing on CRM data integrity.
Review, clean, and analyze data for current and new markets in Salesforce to provide TAM analysis.
Operational support to the Physician Development and New Provider Recruitment teams including ongoing CRM data maintenance.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements\n

Pursuing Bachelor’s Degree, Junior year or above and minimum GPA of 3.0
Superior organization and analytical skills with the ability to communicate clearly
Strong computer technology skills including Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, etc)
Demonstrated ability to conduct Internet research efficiently
Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization
Professional and adaptable demeanor with internal and external clients, including administrators, physicians, peers, and support staff

Proven track record of exceptional customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize a large volume of detail-oriented work with changing deadlines
Ability to work with minimum supervision, set priorities, and follow through to accomplish results
