Job Description

Responsibilities

80% Community & Growth / 20% GTM Strategy
Drive zero-to-one developer adoption focusing on usage metrics and community "love" over immediate revenue
Architect and execute the GTM motion for an open-source or freemium model targeting the global robotics ecosystem
Build and seed communities across robotics R&D teams, academic labs, and hobbyist circles
Lead "viral" growth tactics, including high-engagement social presence, developer meetups, and technical events
Define success metrics from scratch, prioritizing North Star adoption targets and user retention

Requirements

Experience in Growth, Developer Relations (DevRel), or Community Management
Proven ability to launch technical products from a standstill, ideally within the developer tool or open-source space
Experimental and "hacker" mindset with a track record of figuring out GTM motions without a pre-existing playbook
Strong presence in technical communities (Twitter, Discord, GitHub, or Reddit) with the ability to speak the language of engineers
Data-driven approach to adoption, with experience tying community activities to measurable usage growth
