Responsibilities

• You\'ll work directly with the founding team on the thing that matters most: bringing in and managing clients.
• Drive client acquisition — outreach, lead gen, and pipeline building (we have the infrastructure and playbook; we need the hands and the hustle)
• Help manage existing clients day-to-day, with training and support from the team
• Learn and execute our go-to-market motion as we scale it
• Take on whatever else moves the needle — this is an early-stage role, so the work will shift fast

• Proactive and self-directed — you don\'t wait to be told what to do
• Comfortable with ambiguity and a role that evolves week to week
• Sharp communicator who\'s not afraid to get on the phone or in the DMs
• Genuinely interested in the creator economy, PR, and how talent gets built
• LA-based or able to be in person three days a week
