Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the Head of Product on campaigns, experiments, and operational work that moves the needle
  • Support campaign execution across paid, email, and content channels
  • Research target accounts, competitors, and market opportunities
  • Help coordinate content production: blog posts, case studies, landing pages
  • Track and report on key growth metrics weekly
  • Assist with marketing operations like our presence at hackathons and hosting customer dinners
  • Take on stretch projects as you build trust and prove your impact

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in marketing, growth, or a related field
  • Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple workstreams
  • Have strong written communication skills
  • Are curious about how businesses grow and not afraid to get into the data
  • Want to grow fast and take on more responsibility over time

Preferred

  • Familiarity with Notion, Asana, or similar tools
  • Prior experience at a startup
  • A desire to move quickly
