Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own growth reporting: build and maintain dashboards tracking acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue
  • Run a monthly GTM learning cadence — synthesizing what we learned and defining what we're testing next
  • Build and manage an ad experimentation framework across creative, copy, and targeting
  • Analyze funnel and site conversion performance and run structured tests to improve it
  • Identify and score customer quality signals early in the funnel to disqualify poor-fit leads before they burn resources
  • Analyze customer data to surface common use cases, industries, and ICP patterns
  • Build models to forecast pipeline, CAC, and LTV as we scale
  • Partner with product and engineering to ensure clean data instrumentation

Requirements

  • Have 2-4 years in an analytics, data, or strategy role, ideally at a SaaS or tech company
  • Are proficient in SQL and comfortable with tools like Looker, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
  • Think in experiments — you don't just report on data, you design tests to answer specific questions
  • Can translate data into narratives that non-technical stakeholders can act on
  • Are comfortable operating in ambiguity and structuring your own work without much hand-holding
  • Are detail-oriented but never lose sight of the bigger strategic picture

Preferred

  • Experience working with PLG or developer-focused products
  • Familiarity with dbt, Python, or other data transform
  • Prior experience at a Series A-C startup

Benefits

  • Health/Dental/Vision insurance
  • Flexible PTO
  • 401(k)
  • Wellness stipend, book stipend, professional development opportunities
  • Direct access to leadership — we're a small team solving real problems with no layers of bureaucracy between you and the work
