Job Summary

Own and optimize the US-market acquisition engine by auditing channels, refining ICPs, and identifying high-ROI growth opportunities across paid, inbound, outbound, affiliates, and partnerships.

  • Refine ICPs and segmentation to improve targeting.
  • Prioritize high-ROI initiatives and scalable GTM strategies for the US market.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct a full acquisition audit across existing channels, funnels, messaging, and lead sources
  • Review and refine ICPs, customer segmentation, and targeting strategy
  • Build strategic recommendations by acquisition source/channel
  • Identify quick wins and practical improvements with immediate business impact
  • Evaluate outbound, inbound, paid, affiliate, referral, and partnership opportunities
  • Analyze positioning, messaging, and conversion bottlenecks
  • Advise on scalable GTM and growth strategies for the US market
  • Help prioritize high-ROI acquisition initiatives
  • Share best practices from home security, home services, lead generation, and performance marketing industries

Requirements

  • Experience scaling acquisition or growth for US-market B2C or home service companies
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels and performance marketing
  • Background in home security, home improvement, home services, lead generation, or adjacent industries is highly preferred
  • Experience with growth audits, GTM strategy, ICP development, and channel optimization
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with actionable execution recommendations
  • Experience working with fast-growing startups or growth-stage companies

Preferred

  • Experience with companies or ecosystems similar to ADT Inc., Vivint, Alarm.com, SimpliSafe, Ring LLC, Frontpoint Security Solutions, Brinks Home, or similar home protection / smart security / lead generation businesses.
