Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the senior strategic partner to our adidas clients, setting the direction for brand and business growth across all adidas initiatives.
  • Translate adidas objectives into actionable strategies that align with Archrival’s creative and cultural expertise.
  • Partner with executive leadership to shape account strategy, innovation, and resourcing priorities.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities within the adidas relationships and adjacent categories.
  • Oversee the adidas account portfolios, ensuring profitability, retention, and expansion.
  • Push creative thinking and cultural relevance, inspiring clients to take calculated risks that lead to standout work.
  • Challenge briefs and strategies to ensure every output ladders up to brand and agency goals.
  • Elevate strategic planning through insights, market foresight, and trend analysis that drive results.
  • Ensure financial health across accounts, tracking budgets, forecasts, and profitability while maximizing impact.
  • Set clear performance metrics, evaluate success, and report outcomes to leadership and clients.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in account, brand, or client leadership roles within advertising, brand, or creative agencies.
  • Demonstrated success overseeing multiple accounts or complex programs with multimillion dollar budgets.
  • Exceptional communicator with a commanding executive presence and proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • A trusted team member, known for building client confidence.
  • Strategic thinker who is able to see both the big picture and the tactical path to get there.
  • Financial fluency with experience in forecasting, negotiation, and driving profitable growth.
  • Willingness to travel and engage in client meetings, presentations, and events as needed.
