About This Role

As a Graphic Web Designer you will create graphics, logos, and branding materials for print and digital media, as well as funnels (websites/ full training will be given).

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding
• Knowledge of industry-standard design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite/ Canva)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in web design and development is a plus
• Time management

About this role

• To build sales funnels (modern websites - full training is given as long as you have a basic understanding of website design)
• To design client marketing materials for print
• Liaising with clients to determine their requirements, timescale and scope
• Liaising with the team to ensure targets are met and the highest quality is provided to our client base
• To create graphics for internal and external use
• To adhere to brand guidelines
• To establish a detailed understanding of the user journey of our clients
• To review the full marketing process to ensure we are delivering the best results

• Produce high converting graphics and funnels
• Daily output of graphic and web content for clients
• Positive feedback from clients on the quality of work
• Use best practices including latest design trends
• Clear communication with team and clients

Requirements

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong, stable internet connection and quiet workspace.
• Availability during U.S. business hours (flexibility by time zone).
• Previous experience in graphic/ web design

• CRM Software (GoHighLevel, ClickUp, or similar)
• Slack and Zoom for team communication
• Google Sheets and Gmail

Salary

$38,000 + Bonus
