Own the visual storytelling and social media presence for Spa Castle Texas, turning brand guidelines into cohesive campaigns across assets, content, and community-driven initiatives.

Lead the design and production of on-brand visuals for campaigns, social, websites, and print materials.
Develop and execute social content and paid campaigns that boost reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
Collaborate with marketing and management to ensure cohesive storytelling and timely responses across platforms.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Design and produce high-quality visual assets for marketing campaigns, digital content, social media, websites, presentations, and promotional materials.
Develop on-brand creative content for advertisements, newsletters, events, and social media campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing and management teams to create cohesive and engaging visual storytelling across all platforms.
Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print materials.
Assist with website updates and basic UI/UX design initiatives.
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community growth, particularly on Instagram and Facebook.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging social content aligned with the Spa Castle brand voice and marketing goals.
Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant.
Respond to comments, direct messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Analyze social media performance using analytics and insights tools, providing recommendations for growth and optimization.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, social media management, or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline preferred (or equivalent professional experience).
Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and creative content work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Experience managing social media platforms and developing content strategies.
Familiarity with social media advertising and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Facebook Insights, and Instagram Analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinker with a strong understanding of current design and social media trends.
