Job Summary

Own the core digital marketing stack across websites, email programs, design, and video to drive event reach and pipeline.

  • Website & Tech: Manage WordPress/Elementor sites with SEO improvements and tool updates.
  • Lifecycle & Content: Design and analyze email campaigns, asset creation for conferences, and video production for the YouTube channel.
  • Data & Compliance: Maintain lists and apply deliverability and privacy best practices across campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Websites: Build, update, and maintain multiple WordPress/Elementor sites; optimize for SEO
  • Email Marketing: Design, execute, and analyze email campaigns; manage list hygiene and deliverability
  • Graphic Design: Create digital and print assets for conferences, social media, and paid advertising; support event branding
  • Video: Edit conference videos; manage the company's YouTube channel
  • Data & Tech: Maintain email lists; implement new tools as needed

Requirements

  • Mailchimp (automation, segmentation, analytics) — 1+ year required
  • Working knowledge of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and deliverability best practices
  • WordPress and Elementor — 2+ years required
  • HTML/CSS proficiency
  • Google Analytics; SEO fundamentals
  • Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, Premiere Pro, Lightroom
  • Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Video editing and photo retouching
  • 2+ years in digital marketing, web development, or a related field
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines across multiple projects

Preferred

  • Prior experience in conferences or B2B events a plus
  • Event marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
