Role Description

IN-HOUSE

This is a full-time Graphic Designer role based on-site in Ronkonkoma, NY. The Graphic Designer will create visual concepts for digital and print campaigns, including marketing materials, website assets, social media graphics, and advertising collateral. Responsibilities include developing logos and brand identities, selecting typography and color palettes, and ensuring design consistency across all client projects. The role involves collaborating with account managers, copywriters, and developers, presenting design ideas to internal teams, and refining visuals based on feedback. The Graphic Designer will also prepare files for production, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and stay current with design trends and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio showcasing digital and print work.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including creating cohesive visual identities for clients.
• Proficiency in Typography, layout, and visual hierarchy to produce clear and engaging designs.
• Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Ability to translate client goals into effective visual solutions and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Familiarity with web and social media design best practices; motion graphics or video editing experience is a plus.

Pay: $23–$30/hour, commensurate with experience
