Job Description

Responsibilities

Design and develop creative assets for digital and print campaigns including brochures, flyers, presentations, social media graphics, infographics, banners, and email marketing materials
Produce visually compelling healthcare communication materials for patients, employees, and community outreach initiatives
Collaborate with marketing, communications, HR, and leadership teams to support strategic campaigns and brand initiatives
Maintain consistency across all visual materials according to established corporate brand standards
Prepare production-ready artwork for print vendors and digital distribution channels
Support internal communication campaigns, recruitment marketing, and employee engagement initiatives
Edit and retouch graphics, photography, and visual layouts as needed
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards
Stay informed on current design trends, accessibility standards, and healthcare communication best practices

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital marketing, print, and creative design projects
Knowledge of typography, layout design, color theory, and visual hierarchy
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
Excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills

Preferred

Experience working in healthcare, nonprofit, or corporate communications environments
Familiarity with ADA/WCAG accessibility standards for digital design
Experience with video editing, motion graphics, or animation tools such as Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro
Understanding of social media marketing and digital advertising design
Experience with project management and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Asana, or Trello
