Responsibilities

• Design high-performing emails aligned with brand and conversion goals
• Collaborate closely with strategists and client to execute on campaign strategy
• Maintain consistency across multiple brands, industries, and creative outputs
• Stay ahead of design trends, platform updates, and competitive landscapes
• Operate within structured timelines and deliverables across multiple accounts
• Present creative work internally and, when needed, directly to clients (brochures, presentations, etc.)
• Continuously refine your design approach based on performance and feedback

Requirements

• 2+ year of hands-on experience within Klaviyo (other platforms are a bonus as well)
• 4+ years of experience in email marketing design
• Strong understanding of conversion-focused design principles
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and workflows simultaneously
• High attention to detail and strong organizational habits
• Comfortable working both independently and within a team

Preferred

• Packaging design experience
• Website design experience (UX/UI understanding preferred)
