The Graphic Designer helps deliver Client Value by translating strategy into clear, compelling and brand-aligned visual storytelling. This is a client-facing role for a designer who can move beyond execution to actively drive work forward, manage priorities and contribute to the success of integrated campaigns.

You partner closely with digital, communications and client teams to produce high-quality creative assets that support campaigns, elevate client narratives and strengthen LC’s visual standards. The ideal candidate brings strong design fundamentals, operates with ownership and follow-through and can manage multiple workstreams while ensuring work is delivered on time and aligned to strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high-quality visual assets for digital campaigns, including social media graphics, email visuals, web assets, presentations, digital ads and landing pages.
  • Translate messaging and strategy into clear visual concepts that reinforce client goals and brand standards.
  • Collaborate directly with clients and internal teams to move projects forward, manage timelines and ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
  • Manage multiple design workstreams simultaneously with strong ownership, accuracy and follow-through.
  • Develop brand-aligned creative assets including visual systems, campaign graphics and supporting materials that maintain consistency across channels.
  • Support website design and updates, including landing pages and user experience considerations.
  • Create and edit video content for digital campaigns, including short-form and performance-driven creative.
  • Ensure consistency, quality and attention to detail across all creative outputs, maintaining strong visual hierarchy, typography and layout.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing and communications teammates to support campaign execution and deadlines.
  • Stay current on design trends and best practices in digital marketing, applying new ideas to strengthen creative quality and effectiveness.
  • Represent Larson Communications with professionalism and a team-first mindset when working with clients and internal teammates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a fast-paced agency or marketing environment.
  • Experience working in a client-facing role, including managing feedback, timelines and expectations.
  • Strong graphic design skills with a keen eye for layout, typography, visual hierarchy and consistency. Portfolio required.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, as well as Canva.
  • Experience developing brand-aligned creative assets across digital channels including social media, email, web and paid ads.
  • Experience designing brand assets, websites, landing pages and campaign visuals.
  • Experience creating and editing video content for digital campaigns.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to visual quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting digital marketing or integrated communications campaigns.
  • Understanding of current design trends and best practices for digital marketing.
  • Experience collaborating with marketers to identify target audiences and design creative that engages, informs and motivates.
  • Working knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with ad serving platforms such as Facebook Ad Manager and Google Ads.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript constraints.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience operating in an agency environment supporting multiple clients and fast-paced workstreams.

Pay Range and Compensation Package

  • Salary range: $46,300–$60,000, based on experience, qualifications, organizational equity and budget.
