As a GSE graphic designer, you will work collaboratively with a fast-paced, growing creative department on a variety of projects across marquee sports properties and global brands. This role supports both internal and client-facing needs, ranging from social media content and in-stadium animations to event collateral and presentation design. A successful candidate must be knowledgeable about the creative and sports industry, thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment, and have an undeniable drive to create excellent work while upholding brand standards and delivering fresh, engaging ideas.

Job Duties

• Work with creative team to execute branded collateral for a portfolio of clients– from digital mock-ups/comps to printed materials, digital assets, and presentation design.
• Responsible for adhering to strict brand standards while offering a fresh approach to design, creative communication, and marketing efforts.
• Provide effective visual solutions by executing client creative requests and creative projects.
• Enhance client brand and marketing activation initiatives through the visual space.
• Deliver creative solutions that are unique to our portfolio of brands objectives and strategy.
• Work with project, marketing, strategy, and day-today account managers across client teams to ensure brand and creative consistency across all consumer touch points and exceed client expectations with high attention to detail.
• Design and adapt content for digital-first platforms including social media, web, and email marketing, ensuring assets are optimized for each channel’s specs and audience.
• Assist in asset versioning and resizing for multiple platforms to support national campaigns, local market activations, and event-specific needs.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communication (or other related field) or equivalent years of experience 
• Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong time management skills, ability to balance multiple projects at once, and adhere to strict production deadlines.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience 
• Visual problem-solver who helps communicate brand needs.
• Conceptual creative and production skills with a good understanding of layout principles, design concepts and typography
• Ability to take creative direction well and bring a project from conception to completion.
• Soccer background is a plus
• Familiarity with social media content trends, best practices, and platform-specific creative specs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; dependable, detail-oriented, and well organized 
• Experience working in an agency and/or corporate environment preferred.

Salary Range: $50,000-$53,000
