Job Summary
Own the creation of print and digital marketing assets from concept through production, overseeing proofs, large-format files, photography, and social content.
- Design and deliver signs, banners, decals, and marketing materials.
- Prepare print-ready artwork and verify production requirements.
- Produce social media graphics and marketing content; capture in-shop content.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design signs, banners, decals, stickers, vehicle graphics, and other print products.
- Create customer proofs and revise artwork based on customer feedback.
- Prepare clean, organized, print-ready production files for large-format printing and vinyl cutting.
- Verify artwork for sizing, bleed, color accuracy, and production requirements.
- Create presentation mockups and basic permit renderings.
- Photograph completed signs, vehicle wraps, and installations.
- Capture short videos and behind-the-scenes content in the shop.
- Design graphics for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and email marketing.
- Create promotional flyers, postcards, brochures, business cards, and other marketing materials.
- Assist with AI-assisted content creation for social media and marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator (required)
- Basic Adobe Photoshop experience
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and composition
- Ability to prepare organized, print-ready artwork
- Comfortable learning new software and production equipment
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Basic photography and smartphone video skills
- Interest in creating marketing and social media content
- Experience using AI tools to assist with content creation
Preferred
