Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets.
• Create compelling and effective brand design, print and digital media.
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, design,
• competitive landscape, and market trends
• Brand messaging, strategy, and style guide development
• Designing digital and print marketing collateral, including brochures, one-sheets, etc.
• Mood boarding and visual concepts
• Corporate identity design, including business cards, email signatures, etc.
• Integration of photography/text for content creation and assets for social platforms
• Conceptualizing pitch decks

Requirements

• Portfolio of work across branding and visual identity, typography, and advertising (please include a link to your website, behance, dribbble, etc.)
• Develop visually stunning assets for web, social media, and product packaging.
• Effective communication, conceptual thinking, typography, and design skills.
• Flexible design skills, including experience with designing for various media.
• Capacity to meet project deadlines and finish tasks promptly.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
• Ability to collaborate with a team and work efficiently independently.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in an agency setting.
• Expert in the Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.

Preferred

• Knowledge of video content is a plus
