POSITION:

Remote Graphic Design Internship at Real FiG Advertising and Marketing

DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a creative and driven Graphic Design Intern to join our team for approximately 10 hours per week. This role will support a wide range of design initiatives across branding, digital marketing, and advertising projects.

As an intern, you will assist in developing visual assets for client campaigns, including digital ads, website graphics, presentation materials, and brand collateral. You will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to help bring concepts to life, contribute to visual storytelling, and ensure all deliverables align with brand standards.

This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a full-service advertising and marketing environment, working across multiple industries and client types. Interns will be exposed to various stages of the creative process, from concept development and design execution to final production.

We are looking for someone who is highly creative, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within the design field. The ideal candidate is a strong visual thinker, able to take direction and feedback, and comfortable working on multiple projects at once. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is required. A basic understanding of layout, typography, and brand systems is highly encouraged.

*COLLEGE CREDIT REQUIRED*

Applicants must be eligible to receive college credit. Candidates who cannot receive credit will not be considered.

LOCATION:

Remote (with optional in-person opportunities in Downtown Denver, Colorado for general marketing and advertising internships)

GROWTH OPPORTUNITY:

There is strong potential for growth within the company. Past interns have gone on to secure full-time roles or receive promotions within the organization.

INTERNSHIP REQUIREMENTS:

Interns will be required to build a portfolio of their work throughout the internship and meet designated benchmarks to qualify for academic credit. Requirements include:

• Minimum of 10 hours per week (with potential for additional hours)
• 6-month commitment
• Weekly submission of completed design work
• Ongoing documentation of hours and projects

• Pay: Unpaid with College Credit
• Deadline: April 5, 2026
