Requirements
- A strong portfolio showcasing award-winning designs and a diverse range of successful, high-impact campaigns, including Hawaiian and local style projects (please include a link to your portfolio with your application).
- At least 8+ years of full-time experience as a designer in a studio or agency, with demonstrated leadership and a passion for mentoring junior designers.
