Job Summary

Own the Google Ads engine across Search, Display, and Video with ongoing experiments and data-driven optimizations.

  • Growth Infrastructure: Launch and iterate campaigns with tests on keywords, audiences, and ad variants.
  • Demand Generation: Improve CPC, CTR, and conversion outcomes through disciplined optimization and budget stewardship.
  • Performance Analytics: Turn campaign data into actionable recommendations to hit ROI and CPA targets.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop, launch, and manage robust Google Search, Display, and Video campaigns.
  • Conduct continuous A/B testing, keyword research, and audience segmentation.
  • Analyze performance data and report on campaign KPIs, providing actionable insights for optimization.
  • Manage budgets effectively to achieve maximum ROI and meet CPA targets.

Requirements

  • 3 years of hands-on experience managing medium to large-scale Google Ads accounts.
  • Proven track record of driving significant improvements in performance metrics (CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate).
  • Expertise with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and bid strategies.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
