Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize NDAP’s $10,000/month Google Ad Grant
Build and maintain fully compliant campaigns
Conduct keyword research within Ad Grant limitations
Monitor CTR, conversions, and performance
Ensure ongoing Google Ad Grant compliance
Collaborate with the Marketing Director on:
Campaign goals and messaging
Landing pages and calls-to-action
Content alignment
Provide performance insights and improvement recommendations

Requirements

Experience managing Google Ad Grants for nonprofits (Google Ads in general)
Strong understanding of Google Ad Grant compliance rules
5% CTR requirement
Conversion tracking setup
Keyword quality score standards
Prohibited and restricted keywords
Clear understanding of the differences between regular Google Ads and nonprofit Google Ad Grant accounts
Familiarity with healthcare, medical, or patient advocacy advertising restrictions
Understanding of ethical messaging and HIPAA-conscious advertising
Ability to drive qualified traffic and meaningful clicks, not just volume

Nice To Have

Experience with nonprofit, healthcare, or advocacy organizations
Familiarity with Squarespace or nonprofit websites
Experience working alongside a Marketing Director or content team
Conversion optimization or landing page strategy experience
