Overview
Job Duties
- Monitors the pace of place and reduces distractions (Essential)
- Locates and protects errant golf balls (Essential)
- Sets up the course in the morning (Essential)
- Communicates with residents and guests of the golf course in a friendly and courteous manner (Essential)
- Promotes safety and enjoyment of the spectators (Essential)
- Fills divots with seed mixture and fixes ball marks on the greens (Essential)
- Ensures all residents and guests adhere to the golf course dress code
- Markets the golf course, membership and special rates to the daily fee players
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- 6 months in demonstrated knowledge of operating and maintaining electric golf carts, chargers and compressors (Preferred)
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to use email and the internet
- Strong communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- General knowledge of golf course etiquette and rules
- Professional appearance
