Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine GTM strategies to deliver on HP’s growth ambitions , including market segmentation, opportunity identification, sizing and prioritization , and 4P3C insights.
  • Influence and drive cross functional global initiatives across sales, product, marketing, category, and finance teams.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis, financial modeling, and KPI development and tracking.
  • Turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights using tools like AI powered agents, SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau.
  • Build compelling, data-driven narratives and plans for senior leadership / peer functions to drive outcomes .
  • Break down big opportunities / challenges into structured workstreams and drive execution / influence independently.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of relevant experience in Strategy, Consulting, Product Management, or Commercial roles.
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills; ability to synthesize data quickly.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional efforts without formal authority.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, especially with senior stakeholders.
  • A proactive, scrappy, outcome- and ownership-driven mindset (find ways, move fast and get it done).
  • Comfort leveraging AI and automation to accelerate analysis and execution.
  • Understanding of B2B/B2C sales cycles, hardware ecosystems, and channel/partner models (a plus).
  • Experience in top consulting firms, product management roles, or competitor environments (strong plus).
