Job Summary

Own the regional brand execution engine, aligning U.S. market needs with global guidelines, while coordinating across distributors, retailers, and internal teams to convert signals into action.

  • Brand identity & GTM execution: translate global guidelines into local campaigns across digital, print, and events.
  • Content and calendar ownership: craft channel-ready storytelling and maintain a living marketing calendar aligned to commercial priorities.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: partner with sales, product, operations, and agencies to support launches and integrated plans.

Responsibilities

  • Ready to shape how a brand shows up across the U.S. market?
  • If you enjoy connecting data with storytelling—and coordinating moving parts across distributors, retailers, and internal teams—this role puts you at the center of go-to-market execution.
  • What problems will you solve?
  • How do we adapt global brand guidelines to the U.S. market while protecting visual identity and tracking competitors?
  • Which digital, print, and event campaigns best strengthen our brand voice and commercial impact?
  • What do market, customer, and sales signals say about performance—and how do you translate KPIs into action?
  • Where will you make the biggest impact?
  • Coordinating promotions with distributors and retailers; creating trade materials that sell.
  • Crafting content for digital channels, social media, trade publications, and industry platforms—and ensuring message consistency online and offline.
  • Partnering seamlessly with sales, product, operations, and agencies to support product launches and integrated plans.
  • Owning collateral for trade shows, conventions, customer meetings, and field events.
  • Maintaining a living marketing calendar tied directly to commercial priorities.

Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree + Specialization
  • Specialization Area: Related to the field of activity
  • 2–5 years of marketing experience; preference for consumer goods, building materials, manufacturing, or distribution-driven environments
