Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Group Finance Manager. In this role, you will oversee the financial health of the organization, prepare financial reports, and analyze financial data to inform decision-making. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, managing financial audits, ensuring compliance with regulations, and leading a team of financial professionals. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute financial strategies that drive the success of the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting practices
• Strong understanding of Financial Reporting, Compliance, and Auditing
• Leadership, Team Management, and Strategic Planning experience in finance functions
• Advanced skills in Accounting Software, Spreadsheet Management, and Financial Modeling
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s or CPA designation is a plus)
• Proven experience in a financial leadership role, ideally in a multi-entity or group management capacity
