Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage targeted marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and drive growth in the Infrastructure segment.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results and maximize impact.
  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans with a strong emphasis on digital marketing strategies specifically for the Infrastructure segment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals and segment-specific initiatives.
  • Identify market opportunities and trends within the Infrastructure segment to inform strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance market penetration and drive revenue growth in the Infrastructure sector.
  • Create compelling marketing content, including written materials, presentations, and digital assets that resonate with the Infrastructure audience.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment on marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain organized project timelines and budgets, ensuring all marketing activities are executed on schedule and within budget.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred but not required.
  • 6-10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on segment marketing and digital strategies, preferably within the coatings or infrastructure industries.
  • Proven track record of successful campaign development and management, with a demonstrated ability to drive growth in key segments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment.
  • Ability to travel globally.

Preferred

  • Master’s degree or MBA is preferred but not required.
